A security deposit of MYR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

基隆市府解決部分高地社區供水不足問題獲突破性發展；工務處2日說，經與自來水公司協調後，包括信義區、中正區的末端供水不足，以及中正路656巷、580巷及武昌街104巷等一帶高地供水問題，將以增設及汰換管線方式進行解決。其中信義區深澳坑路、深溪路及五期重劃區一帶，及中正區新豐街一帶已在8月增設一條幹管，管線汰換工程計畫在107年2月份(農曆年前)施作完成。
工務處指出，信義區(深澳坑路、深溪路及五期重劃區一帶)及中正區(新豐街一帶)末端水壓不足已是老問題，主因是該區域過去是由貢寮送水至調和街加壓站，再經過加壓後供水。所以，每當夏季枯水期來臨時，該區域因為位在系統末端，就會發生水壓不足，而造成缺水的問題。
工務處與自來水公司多次協調後，已於8月在仁一路(福虎橋)增設一條幹管，跨越田寮河接至信一路的系統中，讓該區域可切換改由崇法加壓站穩定進水；未來如遇到夏季枯水期，該區域的高地供水，將有雙向備援系統，使供水更趨穩定。
另外，中正路656巷、580巷及武昌街104巷等一帶高地供水問題所屬的「勝利巷加壓站」，近年來因管線老舊逾齡、不明地下漏水等因素，經常造成該系統內偏高地段用戶供水不穩。為根本解決，自來水公司正在進行「管線汰換工程」，計畫在107年2月份(農曆年前)施作完成；而「武昌街增設加壓站及配水池」也正在辦理用地取得，預估在107年底完成，屆時該系統將供水穩定無虞。
